HKDAS Career Day 2025 連結人才與數位資產行業領先企業

香港數碼資產學會(HKDAS)年度盛事「HKDAS Career Day 2025」於2025年5月6日假力寶中心圓滿舉行，本次活動獲HKDAS InnoFront 2025冠名贊助商OK Group全力支持。活動於下午2時至5時舉行，吸引逾100名學生、應屆畢業生及年輕專業人士參與，共同探索數碼資產行業的快速發展機遇。

今年活動以「塑造數位資產經濟的投資趨勢」為主題，為參與者提供Web3及區塊鏈創新的實用洞見。焦點環節「爐邊對話」特邀OKX Venture 合夥人 Jeff Ren 深入解析Web3領域的人才篩選法則，從技術敏銳度、跨領域協作到創新思維，為與會者開啟一場職業發展的深度對話。他強調：「Web3不是用技術代碼砌成的高牆，而是一片充滿可能性的『綜合技能平原』。」

參與者與頂尖企業招聘團隊深入交流，包括OKG、MaiCapital、Solomon、HashKey Capital、OKX Ventures、OSL、BitRock Capital、Galaxy Venture、CPIC 太平洋保險、HKT Digital Ventures、R3D3、SNZ、LUTECH LABS、VDX及大灣區資產管理等合作伙伴。這些機構展示了針對Web3人才設計的實習計劃、畢業生職位及專業崗位。

活動同時獲社區伙伴Web3 Harbour、MonsterBlock及港大區塊鏈學會支持，促進學術界、業界及創新社群的協作。交流環節讓參與者拓展人脈，同時⁠掌握區塊鏈開發、數碼金融及監管科技等範疇的最新技能需求。

The Hong Kong Digital Asset Society (HKDAS) successfully concluded its annual flagship event, “HKDAS Career Day 2025”, on May 6, 2025, at the Lippo Centre. Sponsored by OK Group under the HKDAS InnoFront 2025 initiative, the event ran from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, attracting over 100 students, fresh graduates, and young professionals to explore career opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital asset sector.

Centered on the theme “Shaping Investment Trends in the Digital Asset Economy”, the event delivered actionable insights into Web3 and blockchain innovation. A highlight was the “Fireside Chat” featuring Jeff Ren, Partner at OKX Ventures, who dissected talent development strategies for Web3. He emphasized traits such as technical acumen, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and innovative thinking, stating: “Web3 is not a high wall built by lines of code, but a ‘plain of integrated skills’ brimming with possibilities.”

Participants engaged directly with recruitment teams from industry leaders, including OKG, MaiCapital, Solomon, HashKey Capital, OKX Ventures, OSL, BitRock Capital, Galaxy Venture, CPIC Pacific Insurance, HKT Digital Ventures, R3D3, SNZ, LUTECH LABS, VDX, and DAWN Asset Management. These firms showcased internship programs, graduate roles, and specialized positions tailored for Web3 talent.

The event was further supported by community partners Web3 Harbour, MonsterBlock, and the University of Hong Kong Blockchain Society, fostering collaboration among academia, industry, and innovators. Networking sessions enabled attendees to connect with peers while gaining insights into emerging skill demands in blockchain development, digital finance, and regulatory technology.
